Start UK Orientation Session

Global Choices is happy to introduce a new service – orientation sessions for persons who have recently arrived in the UK. The session is designed to give maximum useful information and intended to help you with job hunting, accommodation research and other issues. The orientation session covers the following topics:

1. UK culture & society;
2. Information on UK: Tax, Transport & Banking;
3. Assistance with Job seeking - application for a job, where is the best place to look for a job, what type of job to expect and how much you should get paid;
4. Accommodation searching – where to look for accommodation, what risks are there when renting accommodation, how much will it cost, and what areas are best to rent;
5. Personal Issues – mobile phone and the best deals in UK, where is the best/cheapest places for food shopping, social life, public transport information. Internet access the cheapest places to go on-line.

Employment

We cannot assure you a placement in the UK, but we will help you to look for a job. We will review your CV and your cover letter. Some tips for your interviews will also be given as well as the right places to look for the job that you need.

Accommodation

We will help you with information about different areas, important things to consider, types of contracts, bills, taxes and etc.
